GWCF will not forward any given information to third parties.
For legal reasons, after the event the inscription data will be archived offline for the period of one year. After that it will be destroyed.
Instructions
  • Items marked with a red  are mandatory, they MUST be filled in.
  • Depending on your local settings, the system can require dates in American Format, this means: Month / Day / Year. You can also use the calendar icon to input/check your date.
  • Make sure you choose your T-Shirt size. If you indicate "No shirt", that means we will NOT order a shirt for you. There is NO reduction of the admission price.
  • Phone numbers should be in international format, like +43 699 17087142. You can only use a "+", space or numbers. Don't forget your country code!!

  • Group 1 will depart early on Sunday morning and has an extra day at the main island of Åland. Mainly intended for foreign visitors.
  • Group 2 will depart on Monday morning and only one night at the main island of Åland. Mainly intended for Finnish and Swedisih visitors.

For all the ferries, fill in all requested numbers, even if the ferry is free or included in another one. The ferries need to know how many persons, bikes, trailers etcetera they have to transport!

The last night on the tour in Sweden is not included in the tour-price, nor have we arranged a stay-over somewhere. This is because many people have indicated they want to drive directly to the Swedish treffen site in Tånga hed.
Camping at the treffen site is included in the GWCS treffen fee from Monday on.
