Information The pre-inscription is open from 03-04 until 15-06-2026 (included).
Your inscription is complete when your payment is received.

For questions or changes to your inscription, send a mail to interrep.gwfd@outlook.de.
If you want something to be changed, you can send a mail so we'll make the change for you. We will send you the changed inscription form afterwards.
You can also do the inscription again. Your previous inscription will be disregarded, so your last inscription is the one we will use.

The inscription form that is mailed to you will be in English. Please print it out and bring it with you to the treffen.

Please mention your name and your inscription number with your payment. You can find the inscription number in the email and on the PDF inscription form that is sent to your email address.

Refund when cancelled If you cancel BEFORE 08-06-2026, your inscription will be fully refunded.
If you cancel between 08-06-2026 and 20-06-2026, you will get 50% back. After 20-06-2026 there will be no refund.

T-Shirts: Shirts are excluded from refunds, they can be shipped for the standard shipping fee after prepayment.

GWFD has taken all precautions to prevent your information to be accessed by unauthorized people.
All information given to inscribe for the Treffen GWFD 2026 will solely be used for that and not for other purposes.
GWFD will not forward any given information to third parties.
For legal reasons, after the event the inscription data will be archived offline for the period of one year. After that it will be destroyed.

Items marked with a red star are mandatory, they MUST be filled in.
Depending on your local settings, the system can require dates in American Format, this means: Month / Day / Year. You can also use the calendar icon to input/check your date.
Make sure you choose your T-Shirt size. If you indicate "No shirt", that means we will NOT order a shirt for you. There is NO reduction of the admission price.
Phone numbers should be in international format, like +43 699 17087142. You can only use a "+", space or numbers. Don't forget your country code!!
